The Fiat barchetta UK owners club was established in 1998 to bring together the small but growing number of Fiat barchetta owners in the UK. Over the past year the club has seen a 25% increase in new members for this much loved car!
Members of the UK club have access to the following resource
The great majority of members are owners of Fiat barchettas, but this is not a pre-condition. We also welcome prospective owners and past owners who like to keep in touch.
We aim to arrange local and national meetings throughout the year.
Take a look at our events page for details of events being organised both in the UK and by our related clubs around Europe.
If you are aware of any events that would interest club members then please let us know.
We would also welcome volunteers to organise events around the country.
A monthly meeting for classic and vintage cars (and their owners) at the Plough Inn Ripple Kent. Your contact is Geoff Norton - get the details on our events page.
Seven Barchettas enjoyed several hundred kilometres of French countryside driving, an east-west traverse of the Charente-Maritime, visits to all sorts of places and some great company - read all about at the Events page.
Here is an account by club Member Phil Healey of his obviously fabulous International Barchetta Clubs Meeting. Phil flew the flag for the UK and enjoyed this exceptional experience which he has now shared with us here. Whilst over 100 cars were meeting in Italy the UK Club held our annual meeting in Yorkshire with a more modest gathering of a dozen cars. In Italy Andreas Zapatinas, the designer of the Barchetta, was a guest of honour. I find it fascinating that through the brilliance of modern communications I received a message, via a Dutch owner in Turin, that Andreas Zapatinas knew we were in Yorkshire together and sent his best wishes!
